The home on this property had seen many additions in its lifetime. When LKMagee started work with the clients, we discussed what was working, what wasn't, and how to truly embrace the stunning views of the property and lake. The end result is a home for family, for friends and for a love of a nature.

This project was designed while Lauren worked with John Bertram at Bertram Architects. The home was originally designed by Richard Neutra in 1954 for the Hammermans, and our work restored Neutra's original design intent, and included the design of a previously-unbuilt addition.
