A woodworker and his family resided in a farmhouse in Pine Island for years before embarking on this renovation and addition. A highly-detailed addition was designed to wrap around the smaller, existing home and turned the house's focus onto the large rear yard with additional landscape design work, a great room, additional bedrooms and gathering spaces, and a greenhouse.
